30,000 Steps

According to the health app on my iPhone, I walked 30,000 steps today. This equates to roughly 14 miles. I started my day at 5am and in Indianapolis, ending in New York/New Jersey at 11:30pm.

In the hours in between, I walked around lower Manhattan, including World Trade Center and Wall Street, up to Midtown and Central Park, to the Natural History Museum and then back downtown to see Jason Robert Brown in concert.

Overall, it was a full day for my heart and my head, allowing me to explore my love for the arts in many ways — photography and music. My feet are throbbing a little, but not terribly mad at the end result. I have so many photos to share, but I’ll leave with one.
