My inventory of Indiana Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument paintings at homespun is running low, so it prompted me to create two new pieces to take into homespun. I’ve never painted anything with yellow as the primary subject and decided it was time to take the plunge. Mustard yellow is also one of my favorite colors currently and I couldn’t resist at least trying to paint the monument in yellow. I am beyond ecstatic with the results, this is one of my favorite paintings to date!
As per usual, both of these will eventually make their way to homespun: modern homemade. Either in the Irvington location or the soon to be new home on Mass Ave!
